How does it work?
Obligation-free initial meeting — at no cost to you!
At this meeting, we will talk through your current circumstances and future goals to determine what type of advice you need. You do not need to bring anything to this meeting though copies of superannuation statements, insurance policies, tax returns and investment documents are helpful. And remember, this initial meeting is FREE!
Statement of Advice
After the initial meeting, we will complete a Statement of Advice (SoA) at your request. This is the formal document outlining our advice to you. It is important you understand the advice we are giving you so we will talk you through it and answer any questions you may have. The SoA is yours to keep, so you can also take it away to read in your own time.
Implementation
If you agree to the advice presented in the SoA, we will implement the advice on your behalf. This includes liaising with product providers and assistance completing forms.
Regular Review
Each year or as your circumstances change, we will meet with you to make sure the plan we implemented for you still meets your needs. If your circumstances have changed, we may need to prepare a new SoA and implement a new plan that meets your current requirements.
We also encourage our clients to call us at any time if they have any questions.
